Leslie Avery

What an awesome article. I couldn't agree with you
more. Especially about the part that life is
intergenerational.

I have really enjoyed watching my two older children
come into their own spiritually. I feel extrememly
priviledged when they share what they have learned.
It is also amazing to me what process brings them to
these conclusions. My 16 year old son started
studying China which led to the marital arts which led
to the study of Buddha. Which led to a whole lot of
spiritual awakenings for him as well as myself. When
I undertook the task of homeschooling, it wasn't just
school at home that I was undertaking. But a whole
new door opening to a whole world that I had no idea
existed. A world of being one with my children, of
sharing much more than academics, what a wonderful
surprise it has been.
