7-8 hours to get to another actual city isn't that long. Of course there are
only two places I would actually call a "city"...the rest are basically
villages or towns.

I do Pensacola to Jonesboro, TN in one day usually (past Knoxville) which is
about 11 hours of driving. So I just assume other people are just as insane.
It's a lot more fun to split it up and take it easy.

Is the information out on the price and hotel accomodations for the SC
conference? I haven't gotten any details yet.

Ren, the website---www.schoolsoutsupport.org should be up next Wednesday or
Thursday. I'll post when it's all ready to go.

Hotel is the Clarion Town House. Rooms are $72.00, $79.00, and $99.00 for
suites.

What we're calling "SC is actually the Live & Learn Unschooling Conference in
Columbia, South Carolina, October 11-13)
