Julie,
Is Judith Berger the author of this book? I found a
book about herbal rituals by her and was wondering if
it was the book you were talking about.

Meghan :-)

<<<<<I stumbled across a book called "Herbal Rituals".
This book is written month by month. The author talks
almost poetically about the rhythms of
nature, noticing them, very intimate moments in her
life with nature and sharing her love of the earth
with children.
Julie--who is so very glad to be here>>>>>

Julie,
Do you know the author of this book? I would LOVE to
get a hold of a copy!
TIA
Meghan>>>>

<<<<Hi Meghan,

Yes, Judith Berger is the author. I love my copy and
I hope you enjoy it as well. We have been using the
"thyme honey" (I think I got it out of this book) for
over a year and none of the 7 of us have had one
respiratory infection.

Julie>>>>

Thanks Julie,
I'm going to go ahead and order it now that I know
it's the same one.

Meghan

"Burn sage for clarity of mind" "Burn sage to purify
the spirit" "Burn sage to cleanse the atmosphere"
....... There immuno benifits from infusions and for
use as a spice in foods. What do you use it for?
Mostly, I just like the scent....

i've continued with the sage -- vinegars, tea, smudge sticks, etc. --
and am now moving on to thyme. i just started a large jar of thyme
honey, and i'm curious -- how much thyme honey did you take as a
prophylactic against respiratory junk? (my little one's coming down
with another cold today, and i'm spooning him a bit of the honey, even
tho it's not "done" yet. hope it works to fight colds, too!)
