I could bring some fresh and we could roast it at your house. But we're
going to the hotel first.

I think they'll let people bring it on the plane.

If I brought roasted it would smell up the plane.

I will think upon this problem. Fresh to a refrigerator for a few days and
roasting after conference maybe...

Yes, you can ship it or take it on a plane. I'd bring it fresh and
roast it afterwards. Don't fridge it until it's roasted, keep it in the
burlap bag, in a box.
