Ok, sorry that took so long.
This is closest to the way I do it. After Googling around I realize
there are lots of ways/ideas out there and even kits! Where have I
been?
Anyway you can Google "making paper" and find a lot of sites.

If this isn't what you like, or you can't find one you like, I am still
typing how we do ours and IF I ever get it finished I'll send it to you!
