Remember that state "bed tax" and other taxes will be added to these rates, but the basic daily rates for condos for the conference will be:

2 bedroom suite: $99
3 bedroom suite: $149
That's about a third of their prime rates during tourist season; maybe less.
Our Fort Marcy contact is an unschooling mom and longtime friend of mine, Helene McNeill. Her dad's from France, so her name is French and sounds kinda like "EhLYNN" but if you're self-conscious about saying that, call her "Helena" and she won't even flinch.

Upon making the deposit we will charge the first night deposit. About 10 days-to-7 days prior to arrival we will charge the balance. You can cancel anytime prior to 45 day before arrival with no charge. 45-30 cancellation incurs a charge of the first night's deposit, a cancellation 30 days to date of arrival incurs the full charge of the stay. However, if there is inclement weather or other special circumstances we can be flexible. The above listed cancellation policy is standard for all groups, but as noted there are always special circumstances.
