If you've seen it, though, here's what bugged me:
Five or six times things go all quiet for a contemplative scene, or once two doctors are comforting a younger doctor who's a bit freaking out, while around them there's a crisis situation. Not only would it NOT be quiet, but they wouldn't be exchanging slow dialog or wistful gazes.
The same thing happened in Return of the King, after the Battle of the Pelennor Fields. With hundreds or thousands of people and animals wounded on the battlefield, a few of the main characters have a nearly whispered conversation in the unreasonable silence.
