Are there sites and existing lists to discuss such things?
Could those of you who participate in any of those make recommendations?

Thanks.

This site is good:http://www.stretcher.com/stories/990705a1.cfm
I used to get his hard-copy newsletter in the days before the internet.
You might want to skip the article titled "Paying a tutor to help Junior
pass" :-)

The very first newsgroup I subscribed to has proven to be an excellent
source of information and inspiration:

I receive an e-zine called "dollar stretcher" that has been helpful.

Have a Nice Day!

miserly moms is a great book.

So is Tightwad gazette.

We were able to feed a family of 5 on roughly 200/month. I'll get into it more later, (poss monday). I have to leave for work soon.

Mary

This really does amaze me. Not to the point where I'll be changing our
eating habits though! LOL!!!

I just find it so hard to imagine as I spend roughly 200 a week on
groceries. Of course that does include detergents and shampoo etc. not only
food. I just can't imagine feeding my family on that a month.

Good for those who have the need and want though. I have to hand it to you.
