miserly moms is a great book.
So is Tightwad gazette.
We were able to feed a family of 5 on roughly 200/month. I'll get into it more later, (poss monday). I have to leave for work soon.

This really does amaze me. Not to the point where I'll be changing our
eating habits though! LOL!!!
I just find it so hard to imagine as I spend roughly 200 a week on
groceries. Of course that does include detergents and shampoo etc. not only
food. I just can't imagine feeding my family on that a month.
Good for those who have the need and want though. I have to hand it to you.
