My 9yo would like to create his own website. Any tips on the best
way to go about learning?

Also, links to your kids' websites so he has some examples.

Thanks!

My son just picked this book up over the weekend - has been working relentlessly on his site since then! "Creating COOL WEB pages an HTML Guide for Kids" by Lynda Tourloukis - Publication International, Ltd. ISBN#0-7853-4466-7
His page isn't done yet so I can't give you the link. If you'd like to email me off list I will sent it off when his page is complete

Here are some sites I've bookmarked about building websites. I have poked
around a bit in a couple of them but not enough to make recommendations.
Several of them are specifically for kids, and one has links to other
instruction sites.
