I don't think Hawaii can have one, and I don't think Louisiana might have
one, if the state is made of more recent mud. I could be wrong about that.

I believe the Hawaiian Islands are too young to have had dinosaurs.

Illinois was underwater when the dinosaurs were wandering in Montana and
elsewhere. It does however have a state fossil, the enigmatic (and weird) Tully
monster.
