My friend has a purple house. It's a pale purple but definately purple.
I love it as does my daughter, but I take it the neighbors aren't fond
of it. They also have purple carpet... purple is my friend's wife's
favorite color.

In Sioux Falls, there is a teal colored house with a beautiful wildflower
garden ... they remodeled a couple of years ago and turned their porch into
living space and put in a beautiful purple door. It's always been *the purple door
house* and we love to drive by and imagine life there :) Especially since
we've moved away, it's a great funky constant when we go back to visit ... do ya
think they'd be freaked out if we dropped them a post card appreciating their
house??
