Mix some alcohol and water with a little soap and try to pour it
over the leg, wrap it or sew it shut or staple it. Is it bledding
badly or just split?

One of our dogs brought home a baby bunny in it's mouth (didn't hurt it at
all) and dropped it at our feet. We "nursed it for a few days and it was doing
great! Then one night, we heard crunching....one of the cats opened the cage
and got it...we were so sad!! :o(
