West River Academy

Does anyone use or know anything about West River Academy as an
umbrella school? Here in Florida, we can either register with the
county and submit to their year-end evaluations (choice of a few ways
to do this) or enroll in a private (umbrella) school, in which case
we do not have to be held accountable to the county at all. I know
that West River Academy caters to the unschooler and would love to
get some opinions.

I only have a contact name and e-mail address: Peggy Nishikawa, WRU2420@.... As far as I know, there is no website. I contacted Peggy, and she e-mailed me information in the form of a brochure and answered a few of my questions after I read it.
