This message was very hard to follow, but I tried.
I agree that western medicine is very good at just taking care of the
symptoms. With these headaches I have realized that I couldn't even
think about back tracking and looking at the whole picture because my
head hurt so bad.
After the meds took the headache back some, and I read more about
migraines though I was able to see a pattern of life that leads me to
believe that there is a problem somewhere with seratonin levels in my
brain. I seem to have all the consequences of this.
So, and antidepressant, like Zoloft, prevents seratonin from being lost
where it is not used my brain.
I don't think I agree with your statement below about antidepressants,
but I'm not sure I really understood what you were saying.. I know that
Zoloft doesn't replace seratonin, but cuts off the uptake of seratonin
in ones brain.
Am I misunderstanding?
