Blessed.Greetings....I.noticed.the.question.on.what.is.a.pagan....Paganism.includes.many.divers.earth.centerd.religions....and.although.most.pagans.have.a.variety.of.upbringings.in.xtian.religions..we.tend.to.no.longer.suscribe.to.modern.xtian.churches.or.groups...I.believe.that.actually.most.of.xtianity.historically.were.based.in.paganism...and.that.history.prior.to.the.birth.of.Christ.is.not.recognized.by.many.xtian.religions...and.rather.than.have.just.one.individual.represent.God/ess...their.are.many.incarnations.that.have.made.miraculous.contributions.to.the.spirituality.of.humanty...their.are.limitless...forms.of.paganism..and.usually.are.quite.open-minded,active,highly.spiritual..intheir.own.practices....unfortunately.some.xtian.groups.have.spoken.out.against.any.religion.that.is.not.xtian..for.some.reason.not.being.right.or.not.being.acceptable.to.god..etc.etc..Itend.to.avoid.being.led..or.having.someone.else.interpret.my.spirituality.to.me...and.i.feel.all.is.right..in.it's.own.context..to.each.his/her.own....I.do.not.believe.it.is.appropriate.to.be.expected.to.fear.God....that's.just.not.what.I.feel.spirit.is.about...I.think.it.is.wise.to.keep.my.mind.perceptive.to.all.religions.and.beliefs,and.I.have.found,that.the.core,undistorted.values.are.actually.the.same.in.all.religions.I.have.come.in.contact.with....Diversity.in.religion.is.a.chance.for.learning...and.growth...I.study.the.Wise.WOMAN.tradition,at.this.time...which.teaches.me.every.place.is.sacred.every.action.can.be.sacred...that.the.wisdom.of.life.is.all.around.us.if.we.only.stop.to.be.with.it...this.coincides.with.my.abilty.to.understand,and.know.the.nature.of.the.spirit.of.the.plants..I.interact.with...I.could.go.on.forever.and.ever...but.I'll.leave.with.this.thought..Respect.for.each.individual.to.be.in.the.place.they.are.at,no.matter.where.that.is.is.healing...it.acknowledges.the.present.state...and.allows.it.to.be....so.that.it.may.grow...........Michelle.....p.s.I.learn.from.and.interact.with.xtians.everyday..some.of.the.kindest.people.i.know.are.xtians...just.as.they.probably.would.say...some.of.the.kindest.people.I.know.are.pagans.
