>Smurf Flambé

2 1/2 Tablespoons Butter
2 1/2 Tablespoons Brown sugar
1 Smurf, skinned and boned (Sandra, don't EVEN)
1/4 cup Rum

In a large skillet cook the butter and b.sugar over medium flame until
the sugar dissolves.
Place the Smurf in the syrup and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook on
first side then turn and cook until the Smurf is soft and no longer blue.
Add rum and Flambe' (keeping hair clear of flames)
Arrange on plate, send to Sandra.
