I drink more coffee than I should. Helps me keep up with 3 kids
who, however hard I try to persuade them to watch TV all day or
play on the pooter, keep asking me stuff and insisting on learning
all the flipping time.
Grrrr

Hi,

So does spinach, it has a high oxalic acid content which inhibits absorption
of calcium and iron, much more so than maybe coffee does (I don't know the
stats). But it's fine as long as you're not eating it all the time, it has a
good beta carotene content I think. Rhubarb has a large oxalic acid content
too, that's what's in the leaves, the oxalic content in rhubarb leaves is so
high it can make you very very ill, of course the stem's alright, just don't
eat it every day all day.
I love rhubarb, it's my fave pudding. :)
