Mary Bianco

I'm in south FL which is generally warmer than the Orlando area. I hate
anything below 60. Of course I deal with it, but I don't like it. My ideal
temp would actually be 75-80 during the day and 65-70 at night.
I don't know how I survived for 19 years in western PA. I guess being down
here for 25 years almost qualifies me as a native. My body believes it!!

Where in South FL are you Mary? I am hoping if I move a little bit south every few years, I'll die in the Keys:)
The laws here do seem to be more hs friendly than some other states I have read about.

Yeah, they are especially nice if you sign up under an umbrella school. No
laws to bother with after that.
Or you could just be a rebel and ignore the damn things.....:)

Denese, I live in Hollywood, just south of Fort Lauderdale. I find people
generally very receptive to homeschooling here. Haven't had a problem with
anyone I meet regarding this, whether I run into them at the park, museum,
playhouse or whatever. Most resistence I had came from the in laws!!
