No-circ has a solution to that too, and it's an interesting read. The main
no-circ site says my browser can't read it. Okay fine. But you can go to
google and find some info. They have a kind of cut to make that doesn't take
off the end of the foreskin. It's a little cut, it bleeds, it's symbolism is
intact (and so is the penis).

Well, it's not wonderful that they are getting cut, but wonderful that the
spiritual aspect of the whole thing still exists, and the baby gets to keep
