Tami

We don't use artificial sweetners at all, read enough and seen enough to
just not go there.

Here are 2 web sites I found:

THE BITTER TRUTH ABOUT
ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS

http://www.nexusmagazine.com/Aspartame.html

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Detailed scientific and general documentation regarding the toxicity of
nutrasweet
http://www.holisticmed.com/aspartame/
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

We use honey or cane sugar. My mate uses sugar, sometimes my son does.
Everyone here has their choice, but we dont use the artificial.

Peace,
Tami
