Hey there!

My 9 yr old just dissected the frog.We thought it was
SO cool! He wants to find more virtual animals to cut
open!

Browsed the howstuffworks site..he thought it would be
much more interesting if you could dissect the
stuff..(like the flamethrower) Too much reading for
his liking. What a great idea thoguh, huh?

This is so funny! After Jack and I spent some time with the frog yesterday,
we went to Barnes and Noble. Jack came up to me lugging this huge book and
said "Look! Its a dissecting book!" What it really is is a DK book called '
Stephen Biesty's Incredible Explosions Exploded Views of Astonishing Things'
written by Richard Platt. The artist, Biesty, draws things that look like
they have exploded. There is a steam tractor, the space station, a windmill,
the tower bridge, the human body and the Grand Canyon to name a few of the
things in the book. Everything is drawn in layers, and cross section views.
It is such a great book and we picked it up on clearance for $4.98 Other
books written by Richard Platt and illustrated by Stephen Biesty are 'Stephen
Biesty's Incredible Cross-Sections', 'Stephen Biesty's Cross-Sections
Man-of-War', and 'Stephen Biesty's Cross-Sections Castle.' As Jack says,
these are all great dissecting books!

Maybe you don't have the Flash plug in? It says on the website:

> If you can't see the button above you will need to get the FLASH 6 plugin.

So if you dont see the button you'll need to click on the FLASH 6 thing to
download it. Make sure you're all finished up on line because it will
probably quit your browser and install itself. Maybe. If not, find the
download and double click on it.
