Did those of you who have daughters who are experiencing early puberty
breastfed|? Delay solids|? just curious. |||Kimme

Breastfed for almost 4 years, started solids at maybe 6-8 months, but not
much, just a taste here and there.. she is marvelously healthy and
allergy- and asthma-free, compared to me, but OTOH she has always done
everything early and has always been big for her age - not fat, but big.

I recently read that there may be a link between soy & early puberty in girls. I don't remember the source but I'm sure a search would show something if you want more info.

Mine completely eschewed tofu and other soy products until about a month
ago, execpt some soy sauce... if there is a link between early puberty
and Trader Ming's vegetarian gyoza that might explain it..

Do Asians whose diet has a great deal more soy than Americans could get
without working real hard at it, enter puberty early?
