Yep.....and an assessment for the previous "skool" year which can be the
composite score from a standardized test, a statement signed by a certified
teacher indicating that s/he has seen the individual's portfolio samples and
"s/he is making educational progress commensurate with sbilities" or a third
option agreed upon by the local superintendent and the parents. We're
amassing quite a file of these now with four young people the oldest of
which is now seventeen <G>.

Oops, sorry. I was responding to what was said at the end of the post about
the R-4s. "You mean you have to turn a new one in each year?" would be our
answer if we were ever contacted about not being "legal."
