I would like to know for any of you who file in Ohio (besides the ones on my other lists!) if any of you send in notification this generic and how does it go over?

1. We plan to cover all of the subjects lested under #5 of the Home education
Notification form depth of each subject being covered will be based on each childs
personal ability and interest.
A. Language , reading, spelling, & writing
B. geography, history of the U.S. & Ohio and National, State and Local Govornment
C. Mathematics
D. Science
E. Health
F. Physical Education
G. Fine arts, including music
H. First aid, saftey and fire prevention

2. list of other Basic teaching materials to be used in our home education
as requested on line # 7:

A. Textbooks
B videos & Television programs
C. Computer Programs & Internet Use
D. Librarys, public and our own private
E. Field Trips
F.Family Trips
G. Friends, Family and Community.




something along those lines Cathy, infact probably just that, I drafted it a few minutes ago and think it may be just exactly what we use what do you guys think?
along with the assessment paper.
