No, it's living your everyday life and forgetting the word "lesson". It's
not a spoonful of sugar to make the medicine go down, it's pouring the
unneeded, mis-prescribed medicine down the sink and instead partaking of a
healthy diet and plenty of exercise.

Live, love, laugh and be happy. Everything else falls into place.
