Hi Folks... as the self-proclaimed queen of free internet access, I thought
I would pass this on: www.altavista.com Go to this site to get free
internet access. (You can download the setup on a 1.44 MB floppy).

It is similar to NetZero in that it places a small ad bar on your screen,
but it seems to run better on our older computer (you do need a 486
processor and at least 16MB of ram for this service) Right now, they dont
offer email...just internet access (but hey...you could always use Juno or
Hotmail or Yahoo for free email!! *S*)

And for you diehard AOL users...if you use one of the free servers to get
online, you can then connect to AOL for only $9.95 a month (and still
utilize all their stuff, including email).
