That's right -- rub it in!!  Darn young-uns!!

Off to make myself a pineapple upside-down cake -- hey, it's my birthday and
I'm old -- I get whatever kind of cake I want!

Nance (turned 44 today and where did I leave my cane!!??)  :):)

I've had a lot of practice at rubbing in how old I am, my dh is 8 yrs
older, and the youngest in his family, so there are his friends and
sibs and sibs other-halves...

But I save it for special occasions :-)

Happy Birthday Nance!

Well, I feel better now!  Thanks!  :)

Actually, I just went to buy a new bathing suit and it wasn't too painful.
Maybe I am getting better at looking in the mirror.

And it helped that my daughter told me "No, you can't get a bathing suit here
-- these are all Gramma bathing suits."

Happy, happy birthday fellow Aries. I'll be 35 in 2 days, my husband is in
Alabama hanging out on the beach with a good friend who is a decade younger
than I (she's graduating from flight school), and I'm spending my b-day week
alone with 2 kids, just after spending 4 days with my mother. Am I a
candidate for the loony bin yet?? :-).
The good news is that a friend from our homeschooling group is throwing me
(and the kids) a pajama party, I'm quite excited and my son is ecstatic.
He's been wanting to do a "sleepover" for a long time now, and hasn't really
quite grasped why the whole family doesn't typically come along on a
sleepover.
