        This is the last week to register for the Virginia Home Education Association's April 21, 2001 statewide Conference & Curriculum Fair, before the late fee begins. Mail your registration by this Saturday, March 31.
        Obtain your copy of the schedule, list of sessions & presenters, list of vendors, registration form, etc. in pdf files at the VHEA site, www.vhea.org
 
        In the tradition of VHEA, the Conference & Curriculum Fair is intended to be fully inclusive, and affordable for the whole family. The setting is casual and comfortable, with the majority of speakers drawn from Virginia's own talented homeschooling parents.
        Featured speaker: Linda Dobson, author of "Homeschoolers' Success Stories" and several other books.
        Special guest speaker: Dr. Mary Hood, author of "The Relaxed Home School" and other publications.

VENDOR SHOPPING:

Peruse the diverse offerings of vendors presenting a variety of educational resources. Inspect books, tapes, manipulatives and other materials, and pick up some new items that can help refresh your family’s educational adventures.

 

MEALS:

Freshly made submarine sandwiches, drinks and snacks will be available on-site.

 

ADMISSION:

Regular (March 1-31): Adults attending full event $25; parental couple $30; Children $10*

Late (April 1-21): Same as regular, with a $10 late fee per family*

*Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult or teen at all times
