I seem to recall that their is an hsing family on the island of Kauai, running
an organic farm. Does anyone know of them, have their web site or email
possibly? TIA

Actually I found them their ad in the back of Mothering Magazine. Check out

.com at the end, they are a hsing family on the island of Kauai who live and
farm organic produce which they sell exclusively to 50 families a week in
addition they have a bed and breakfast cottage that they rent out.
Unfortunately
they are booked the week we are going to be there but I hope to stop by.
Their home and land look beautiful!
