Because there are all kinds of evil folks out there that just might sneek
up on them and take their Men in Black uniforms away from them????

Excuse the sarcasm but I don't know, they have more excuses than Carter use
to have little liver pills! AND, the thing that bugs me the most is that
most of the drivel that comes out is soooo lame they've gotten think most
people are stupid enough to believe it! Geez, and our tax dollars pay for
this sh*t!
