subscribed to. You should be able to unsubscribe there.

you can also switch to web only if you go the www.egroups.com amd
click on 'my groups' and make changes so if you want you can peek in
from time to time yet not feel you need to involve your self or be
overwhelmed by the 3 of unread messages. just another option.
