Oh, I'm sorry! We had three Good Earth restaurants here at one time--now
we're down to two--and our eating-out life revolves around one of them!
I always ( 95% of the time) order a vegetarian tostado (usually the Tito
Burrito, kids' version), which comes with a lovely Spanish basque sauce,
sour cream and guac. Makes me drool to think of it.

I used to work at a Good Earth restaurant (when I was a mere 18
years old <g>). I never got tired of eating the food. I don't
understand why so many of them are closing. You would think
that the healthy eaters and vegetarians would keep them going.
What a shame, sigh.
