i know sometimes people post here, and elsewhere, about how their kid was adopted and has 'special needs" so unschooling doesn't work. this was a really good article about just that scenario. i thought it might be useful to some - perhaps there is already a link to it on sandra's site that i missed?

thank you for that link. We adopted my Robbie at age 5 and have helped him to grow using many of the same methods to "fill the holes" in his early nurturing. It is nice to see our methods validated so poignantly.
