Is there anyone here who has the means to create an Mp3 file from a
cassette tape, who also knows how to get it into some public online
place, or who could help me get it into my site?

The first thing you need is a cassette deck with an audio out jack.

Do you have that?

Or are you asking if someone can create the file for you from your tape?

That's what I was really wondering. If someone's set up to easily do
such things and had an interest in my ideas anyway, I thought, maybe...
