Mom won't believe you made it yourself -- exfoliating soap with poppy
for heightened awareness and lemon to stimulate and cool.
You need:
8 oz. Clear Glycerin
Soap Mold
Yellow Food Color
6 tablespoons of Corn Meal
2 tsps of Poppy Seeds
Lemon Scent
Instructions:
Melt 8 oz. of clear glycerin according to package directions. Add 2
drops
of color and 2 drops of lemon scent. Add 6 tablespoons of corn meal 2
tsps of poppy seeds. Mix well. Pour into mold. Let sit until firm.
Remove from mold.
Homemade Bath Salts
You need:
Label (printed on label stock)
Markers (Optional)
Contact Paper
Heart Bottle
Measuring Cup or Funnel
Bath Salts
use spices instead of essential oil
stir in paste food coloring to add color
mix two or more essential oils
What you will need:
1 cup of Epsom salt
1/2 cup baking soda
10 drops of essential oil
Here is how to make it
Mix the ingredients thoroughly together
Use measuring cup or funnel to pour
into a decorative bottle
Pour 2 or 3 tablespoons into running
water for a soothing bath that leaves
skin feeling soft.
Instructions:
Use recipe to mix bath salt. Use measuring cup or funnel to pour into
decorative bottle. Cap bottle and wipe off. Print label. Use markers
to
design your own label on the blank provided or use one of our designs.
Cut out label. Place on bottle. Cut a piece of contact paper using the
pattern provided. Place over label to keep it dry.
