At dinner the other night, my husband and I were discussing pop
culture, and he mentioned Brittany Spears (is that how to spell her
name?. My five year old daughter piped up "I know who that is! He
wrote a lot of plays a long time ago, and the women's parts were
played by men!" She was so excited. My husband wanted to know
where she had heard of Shakespeare and of course, she
shouted "Boomerang!" We love Boomerang, even if it doesn't keep my
kids up on pop culture. :)
