Forgive the incorrect English in my earlier post. I guess I was too enervated by my nursing 2 1/2 yr old to think properly.

What I meant was a sort of "dissolving" as Sandra mentioned. I wanted to write "energizing board..." but that's not QUITE the right word and so I misspoke. Or wrote. This board IS invigorating, so yes, I can accept that term. But I really mean that this place energizes you, and not just in the Energizer bunny way. I think of it more like from Star Trek. (God, am I a tribute to TV or what???) Ya know when Kirk and the boys say "Energize!" and their molecules get all scrambled up and reformed? That's what this place does for me; it shakes up the old mindsets and helps reform me into a new more open minded person.
