How about right here? I'd love to hear more...they're an unschooling
lesson all unto themselves. I was raised on the historic eastern coast
of Canada and I sure heard my share from people living in old houses.
Quite fascinating, the history one can learn from them...

have a ghost that smokes cigarettes, we say humorously. We will at times smell
someone smoking in the house....
Don't
know what it is but it isn't scarey.... Just smelly..We dont
smoke.

Whenever my husband's mom used to send the kids homemade clothes (dresses for
Holly, pajamas for the boys, when they were all small), the boxes and the
clothes would smell SO much like cigarettes that we would put the clothes in
the washer immediately and throw the box and the note away. She doesn't
smoke much anymore, just when she sews!!!

smock/overall thingy. me, life's too short to create extra washing,
the clothes I'm wearing will need washing so why add to it...
BUT the thing is, she goes to this effort and then she smokes! I
am definitely the only sane person here *grin*
