Chinua's vigil
Knighting of Chinua Al-Naran at morning court
There is (I think) a royal feast Friday night. If Their Majesties attend, a lady and a gentleman of the retinue (squire or champion-type would be fine) should go and attend at table, if that's feasible (stand behind) or nearby. Pour drinks. Offer napkins. Run errands. Make sure the Queen gets safely where she wishes to go afterwards. When the Queen is with the King, a guardsman's presence is not crucial.
Cameron's vigil
Knighting of Cameron Blackstan at morning court
The King plans to be in one of the rapier battles (perhaps The Alamo); you might want to watch that.
Evening Grand Court
Vigil for Leifr Vagnsson
Knighting of Leifr Vagnsson at morning court
Queen's Tea Noon to 2:00, Atenveldt Royal
Her Majesty should be accompanied there, and attendants should watch to see if she needs anything, but stay on the fringes if that's doable. In eye contact but not inside the party. That has worked in the past, and might work here. One lady, one guardsman, if possible. So choose a guardsman who didn't want to fight that day and a lady who would enjoy hanging out with him for an hour or more quietly (maybe as much as two hours, but I don't now if our lady Queen will make the entire two hours). The Queen will depart the site probably 5:00 ish, again in a rental car with Mistress Tana. Their flight is at 7:45pm Sunday.Anne, what might the Queen need to have right with her? A goblet or mug (maybe both--but it's not "tea" it's wine). A napkin and handkerchief and a fan? Depending hw cold it is, maybe the lady will need to hold the Queen's cloak during the tea, if it's not needed inside the pavilion. This will all have to be played by ear, as we don't know what the physical layout will be. If it's cold and it's an enclosed tent, maybe attendants will be inside on the sides, by the walls, and the queens will be seated in the middle. I can only guess based on things I've seen in years past.
I think maybe the Queen should be handed a small basket with a couple of goblets or glasses and napkins and a fan maybe so she has a new clean container if something not to her liking (can't pour it out; crazy site restrictions), and to have something to play.
Help the King pack for the drive home.
