looking for a children's game....
Elizabeth Roberts
It was mentioned not too long ago, but I didn't write it down and now I can't find it. Someone had mentioned finding a game at Target with pegs and dice where you rolled the dice, added/subtracted or whatever, and knocked down a corresponding peg...I am not having any luck finding it just roaming through so I was hoping someone could tell me what the name of it is!
Thanks!

Countdown. We just bought it this weekend (actually, I exchanged to ill-fitting shirts for it <g>), and the kids really enjoy it. I think it was @ $14.99 (American $). We played it with just addition and subtraction here. I just called it a new dice game, and they were totally into it.
So, I second the recommendation.

It is called "Countdown" and they sell it at Target and I think I also
saw it at Wizards of the Coast, which is going out of business and has
everything marked down 30 to 50 percent right now (except Magic, the
Gathering cards).

My son got two versions of this game for Christmas in a tin box filled with
other peg games. Ah, now I look and it came from Target <bg> It's a red
canister, "7 wood mind-teaser games," and a sticker that says it only cost $8!!
Check out www.target.com ~ very fun games!!
