Hi Julie,
Trying to figure out a rash( I'm guessing thats what
a target bottom means) can be a process. My suggestion
would be take your son off all foods that typically
cause allergic reactions, then reintroduce them one at
a time with say 3 or 4 days in between and monitor his
bottom. Citrus, tomatoes, corn, dairy, can all be
culprits. good luck!

Have to jump in on this one here, apples tear my sons bottom up! it not
only turns red but splits open into tiny sores almost as soon as he eats
apple, drinks apple juice, and any newton cookies or nutragrain bars all
have apple in them!
