My 13 year old dd is into magic. One of the best books we found is by
Usborne but I can't remember the title and don't know where the books are at
this time (I dare not venture into the dungeon of my dd's room!). You can
search for the book at the Usborne website. Or try the public library.
There are lots of books available. I do not know of any organizations.
