<<<<<<<<<<<I spent many hours looking for an interesting free education
site, and
when close to giving up I found this gem. Light and Matter offers
physics textbooks that you can download for free or buy in print. The
books have been adopted at six colleges and universities, and five
high schools. They are not advanced, but at high school to first year
college level. For example, there are six introductory physics books:
1. Newtonian Physics
2. Conservation Laws
3. Vibrations and Waves
4. Electricity and Magnetism
5. Optics
6. The Modern Revolution in Physics
