It's not too bad.  I used it once because Farmer Jack and Meijer both participate on the grocery part.  You can put in what price you want to pay for different groceries and see if they will accept it.  If they don't you can't bid on it for a few days.  But I think you can try a different store.  I got pop for $2.00 a 12 pack, not a big savings but every little bit adds up.

My wife once used it to get a round-trip ticket from Seattle to
Washington, DC for $125, (with only 3 week lead time.) No hassles, no
problems. The only thing you need to know is that if your bid is
accepted, you HAVE to take it. Still, the savings can be very
significant.
