Spring Hill http://www.springhillnursery.com has a butterfly/ hummingbird garden (about 15 plants?) for sale. It's not cheap (around $45?). Granted the plants aren't likely to bloom this year but it will be a fun project.

I picked up a butterly feeder last year (on clearance) at Target (?) - that might be a neat addition to your garden (whether you do the plants or not)
