Great writing I am glad it really wasn't going to tell me how to fix up my
house as I can't afford it!
I agree totally about joining a museum did that out west in AZ and had
learning adventures no amount of money could replace!
Went petroglyph hunting what a great way to get in touch with the ancient
people of our land (or should I say their land that we begged bartered and
stole?)
Thanks for sharing and for the joke!

That's what I'm doing at the science museum; learning all about submarines.
After a year or so I plan to move over to the paleontology lab or perhaps
the planetarium. My wife and two children are volunteers at the local
public library.

I see great possibilities with volunteering particularly when it comes to
learning.

Here's a fun link to many great places to journey to either for cheap as a
museum member or maybe as a volunteer!
I loved the whole scene and miss it too!

Beth,

Thanks for the response.

Volunteering is really the untapped education resource. Many people after
tiring of extortionate tuition bills may find their way to this free and
amazing resource which in some cases may be superior to sitting in class and
taking tests.
