I found a solution, to copy the italicized portion into a new email window
and un-italicize it. It works. Hope this helps someone......got the idea from
being on an AOL message board and using the reply window to read hard-to-read
fonts or italics. There is no solution for someone who types(shouts) in CAPS
lol.
