Does anyone have a format for a report card that could be emailed to me?
This is my first year unschooling. I would love the help in creating
one.

I think so. The School District came by to check on my daughter's
progress and to ask if they could assist me in anyway. I just thought if
anyone had a format for one it would be helpful to me.

I would just make a chart with my word processing program, with the name of
the child, and school year. a column down the left witht he subject heading
and the grades to the right.
Sign the bottom.
But FIRST, I would check the laws in your state, (which state?) making sure
that,
1, they can come to your house
2. What paperwork is required by them.
3. Memorize this law, know it. Don't let them tell you the law, look in many
places.
