Use the same voice when explaining things to HIM? Let him see how incredibly
grating it is?

My mother-in-law (and her daughters) uses that awful high-pitched,
wide-mouthed baby-talk voice when talking to anyone younger than 20. I've
threatened to use it back, but my husband stops me. We don't need any more
"unrest" there, he says. <G>
